SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries to Germany are handled by UPS. All shipments that are sent by JUST IN - THE STORE are insured against theft and accidental damage. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am till 7:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

 

 

TRACK YOUR STATUS

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your delivery directly after receiving the email via the link provided.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase ( excluding reduced items ) within 14 days. We only accept items in new conditions with hangtags and only in tact for store credit. Return shipping is at customer expense and has to be sent back within 14 days from the day you purchased your item. Please contact us via mail - info@justin-thestore.com or via phone - 0049 ( 89 ) 24205480 and let us know about the return. Once your items are inspected by the returns team, you will get your store credit notification via email within 3-5 business days. As we are a small store we hope you kindly respect our return policy because we want to be aware of sending big orders when they are not really meant to be bought.
